Returns & Exchanges

Because Cozy Corner products are small-batch and created in limited quantities, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If something arrives damaged:

• Email within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and a photo

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped with care. Processing times may vary depending on small-batch availability.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for families nearby. If you’d rather pick up your order instead of shipping, just select Local Pickup at checkout and I’ll be in touch to arrange a time.
